With a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics and over a decade of experience in federal contracting, grant management, and technology commercialization, she has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world applications.

Cathie Condron (she/her) is a care coordinator, wellness advocate, and bridge-builder between systems of care and lived experience. With a background in federal program management, small business support, and community-driven innovation, she brings a uniquely integrative lens to mental health and healing.

Her work spans roles in both public service and grassroots health initiatives, where she has supported individuals and teams through complex systems — from navigating access to care, to managing logistics for interdisciplinary support. Cathie is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and empowered in their healing journeys.

Rooted in principles of harm reduction, trust, and safety, her approach blends organizational insight with deeply personal compassion. She is especially drawn to holistic and alternative modalities that prioritize the whole person and honor neurodiversity, trauma-informed care, and community resilience.

Currently, Cathie is focused on expanding access to integrative wellness practices and strengthening care pathways that support both innovation and inclusion.
