Pricing and Payment Options

At Widening Circles Integrative Mental Health & Psychedelic Medicine, we believe care should be transparent, accessible, and collaborative. Below you’ll find information about our service rates, insurance, and financial assistance options.

Insurances Accepted

We are an in-network provider with BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, United/Optum, and VA Community Care Network. Patient financial responsibility is determined by your specific plan.

Private Pay Rates

Intensive Outpatient Program Services
Heartwood Integrative Mental Health IOP, $400 per day
This includes all services rendered within a day of IOP service – psychiatry, individual therapy, and group therapy, etc. 

Examples of total costs:

•  If you attend 3 days per week ($400 x 3 = $1,200) for 10 weeks, your total cost would be $ 12,000.
•  If you attend 5 days per week ($400 x 5 = $2,000) for 10 weeks, your total cost would be $20,000.

Outpatient Services
Outpatient services are services rendered outside the IOP. Outpatient services typically occur either pre-admission (assessments) or post-discharge (continuing care). On occasion, they may be billed while you are in the IOP if they are completely separate, elective services outside of the typical scope of the IOP. Example: Individual IM KAP or Functional Medicine labs

Payment Options

Payment is accepted by cash, check, or credit, or debit card and is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged. We also accept CareCredit for those needing flexible financing.
